Took the Metro to Paris to sign for our apartment. We can be ready to move in Wednesday, June 26.

With so many photos of their apartment I am going to continue to add some of these photos from now until they move in so as not to overload one page. This photo below is from their apartment, taken when they moved in, looking out the back of the apartment, into what was the apartment gardens.

Yes, that is David Christal, Georgia’s husband looking out the window with great anticipation.

Now that apartment brings back memories. The central stairway leading up always seemed like a mysterious echoing place. The apartment itself was very cozy, I think the part that stands out most for me was the toilets, you pulled a rod to flush them instead of pushing a lever. I thought that was the coolest thing at the time.
