David took an early AM flight to London and Portsmouth, England, to return on Tuesday night. I attended a salad luncheon at the Church. There were approximately 100 ladies attending and each of us brought a salad. What a wonderful meal.

Our first drive out of Paris to La Havre (the coast). Many tollways, nice rest areas. Even if you’re driving the speed limit you don’t remain in the left lane - other tend to run over you.
Nice camground in La Havre at the edge of a forest. Beautiful drive all the way. Strolled thru the city and decided to eat. But it’s after 2pm and before 7pm. The restaurant we want to eat at is closed until 7pm. (very common practice in France).
We find a deli and settle for a good ham and cheese sandwich on a croissant.
